TO REPORT YOUR STUDENT'S ABSENCE

All absences & tardies must be reported within 5 days.
There are four (4) ways to report:

Please include the following information:

  • First and last name of student
  • Reason for their absence (to properly document)
  • Date of absence
  • Parent or guardian signature
